At Bantam CrossFit we welcome everyone, from seniors and kids over 10 to moms, dads, and elite athletes. We train together using the same workout, thoughtfully modified to meet each individual where they are. CrossFit is a proven training methodology designed to be effective for all ages and ability levels.  At Bantam CrossFit we run structured, coach-led classes that follow traditional CrossFit standards, combining cardio, gymnastics, and weightlifting in a safe and supportive environment.  Whether you're brand new to fitness or training to compete, every workout is scalable to your individual needs.  Our goal is to provide a strong, well-rounded fitness foundation that supports long-term health, performance, and confidence...no matter where you're starting.

At Bantam CrossFit, our focus is a community-based environment that is supportive for individuals of all ages and ability levels. We welcome athletes ages 10 and up, and strive to attract those who want CrossFit for general health as well as those who would like to compete in the sport of CrossFit.
