We pride ourselves on being a traditional CrossFit gym that is scalable and welcoming to all. We support those who come in for everyday fitness as well as those who would like to compete in the sport of CrossFit.
At Bantam CrossFit, our focus is a community-based environment that is supportive for individuals of all ages and ability levels. We welcome athletes ages 10 and up, and strive to attract those who want CrossFit for general health as well as those who would like to compete in the sport of CrossFit.
