At Bantam CrossFit, our focus is a community-based environment that is supportive for individuals of all ages and ability levels. We welcome athletes ages 10 and up, and strive to attract those who want CrossFit for general health as well as those who would like to compete in the sport of CrossFit.

Mon: 5:00am - 10:00am / 4:15pm - 6:30pm

Tue: 5:00am - 10:00am / 4:15pm - 5:15pm

Wed: 5:00am - 9:30am / 4:15pm - 5:15pm

Thr: 6:00am - 10:00am / 4:15pm - 6:30pm

Fri: 5:00am -10:00am / 4:15pm - 5:15pm

Sat: 9:30am - 10:30am

Sun: 9:00am - 11:00am
