CrossFit for Everyone

At Bantam CrossFit we welcome seniors, children over 10, moms and dads, and elite athletes. Everyone performs the same workout together with modifications based on their individual needs. We thrive on a community-based, home-like environment where your fitness is our priority.

CrossFit

CrossFit is a fitness modality that is adaptable to all ages. It is characterized by safe exercises, effective movement, and sound nutrition. In our small, coach led classes you are guided through cardio, gymnastics and weightlifting movements in a safe and supportive environment. CrossFit can be used to accomplish any goal including improved health, weight loss, and better performance. We believe CrossFit gives you an underlying fitness platform on which to build your inner competitive athlete, and can be used as a base of fitness, getting you prepared for any sport. We welcome individuals of all fitness levels including those who may have been “out of the game” for a while, to those who have been working out their whole lives. We believe in the sport of CrossFit as well as CrossFit for health, and believe there is room for everyone.

About Our Coaches

Our coaching staff is dedicated to helping you reach your goals. They bring significant experience and education to the table and use that to empower you to find a healthier you. All of our coaches, while teaching the same fundamentals, have different styles that will help you learn to move well, build strength, and hopefully enjoy the process.

Our coaches have developed a plan that will get you in shape no matter your current fitness level. We know how to modify the program for each person to help them safely become healthier and fitter. Commitment to our program leads to positive changes both inside and out. You will find doing CrossFit that not only will you get stronger, but also you will gain confidence and an inner strength that is hard to describe.
