This year, we’re doing something new with Friday Night / Saturday Morning Lights, so be sure to read through this post for all the details.

🏋️‍♂️ This Week’s Training Focus

Here’s what’s coming up at Bantam this week:

Monday

Retest of our Clean / Front Squat Complex from January 5, followed by a fast, high-energy sprint workout. Will it feel like Fran? Maybe… 😏

Tuesday

Skill Day! We’ll work on handstand skills (with non-inverted options available), followed by a fun twist on the benchmark workout “Annie.”

Wednesday

No lifting today—just longer interval conditioning with built-in recovery.

Thursday

Strength work using bands, followed by a cardio burner.

Friday

Our final FUN FRIDAY before the Open begins. Don’t miss it!

Saturday

Partner tribute WOD in memory of one of Training Think Tank’s own.
